A bright and funky front-row beach hut, perfect for fun-filled seaside days — just steps from the sand.

📍 Location

With the pier directly in front of you as you look out to sea, turn right and stroll along the promenade. Continue past May’s Boardwalk Café and keep going until you reach 88A.

You won’t miss it — it’s bright turquoise and orange, making it easy to spot (especially for children on the beach).

Sandy Feet comfortably accommodates 6–8 guests (in and around the hut).

🐾 Dogs welcome

Yes — dogs are very welcome. Southcliff beach is dog-friendly all year round.

A spare dog bowl and poop bags are provided. Please remember to clean up after your dog and do not leave them unattended in or around the hut.

• High season (May–August): 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Low season (September): 9:00am – 5:00pm

Overnight stays are not permitted in beach huts.

🧹 Leaving the hut

Please leave the hut clean and tidy, using the cleaning equipment provided and returning items to their place. Dispose of any rubbish in the main promenade bins.

📅 Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 14 days in advance to receive a refund minus a £20 admin fee.

Cancellations made with less notice are non-refundable, and we’re unable to offer date changes.
