📍 Location

With the pier directly in front of you as you look out to sea, turn right and stroll along the promenade. Continue past May’s Boardwalk Café — Lilibet is located 6 huts along from there.

Lilibet comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests (in and around the hut).
Perfect for families, with a gentle slope down to the beach just a few paces away.

🐾 Dogs welcome

Yes — dogs are very welcome. Southcliff beach is dog-friendly all year round.

A spare dog bowl and poop bags are provided. Please remember to clean up after your dog and do not leave them unattended in or around the hut.

• Nearest water tap – 4 huts away, or 5 huts in the opposite direction just past May’s Boardwalk Café

⏰ Arrival & departure times

• High season (May–August): 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Low season (September): 9:00am – 5:00pm

Overnight stays are not permitted in beach huts.

🧹 Leaving the hut

Please leave the hut clean and tidy, using the cleaning equipment provided and returning items to their place. Dispose of any rubbish in the main promenade bins.

📅 Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 14 days in advance to receive a refund minus a £20 admin fee.

Cancellations made with less notice are non-refundable, and we’re unable to offer date changes.
