Pre-Arrival Information

Please take a moment to read the following details to help you prepare for your visit.

You may also find it helpful to check our FAQs, where most common questions are answered.

Access

All huts are accessed via a key safe box.

You will receive your key code by email one week prior to your arrival at 10:00am — please remember to check your junk folder.
For last-minute bookings, the key code will be included in your booking confirmation email.

Key safe boxes are located on the side of each hut.

In the unlikely event that the key is locked inside the hut, an emergency key box is located beneath the main key safe and can be accessed using the same code.

We check all huts daily; however, for multi-day bookings, huts are not serviced between days. If you run out of gas or supplies, please send us a message.

Water containers are provided, and water taps are located at the end of each row. Please ensure all washing up is completed and items are put away before you leave.

Parking

Booking a beach hut does not guarantee a parking space. The following pay-and-display car parks are available nearby:

There is also parking available along nearby residential streets.
