A beautiful front-row beach hut perfect for family days by the sea, with the sand just steps away.

With the pier directly in front of you as you look out to sea, turn right and stroll along the promenade. Follow the path around the bend — Olive’s Branch is located 7 huts before May’s Boardwalk Café.

Olive’s Branch comfortably accommodates 6–8 guests (in and around the hut).
Perfect for families, with steps down to the beach right outside — ideal for little ones and easy access to the sand.

🐾 Dogs welcome

Yes — dogs are very welcome. Southcliff beach is dog-friendly all year round.

Please remember to clean up after your dog and do not leave them unattended in or around the hut.

⏰ Arrival & departure times

• High season (May–August): 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Low season (September): 9:00am – 5:00pm

Overnight stays are not permitted in beach huts.

🧹 Leaving the hut

Please leave the hut clean and tidy, using the cleaning equipment provided and returning items to their place. Dispose of any rubbish in the main promenade bins.

📅 Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 14 days in advance to receive a refund minus a £20 admin fee.

Cancellations made with less notice are non-refundable, and we’re unable to offer date changes.
